Star Fabrication

Star Fab Inc., began in 1996 as a division of Star Extruded Shapes, Inc.

Originating as a simple cut to size operation for the extrusion plant, this division has evolved into a full scale, stand-alone operation capable of complete fabrication, finishing, raw materials purchasing and complete assembly.

Customers that were concerned with sky rocketing manufacturing costs came to STAR realizing that we could save them production time and money by having us manufacture their products for them. Some were missing out on revenue during boom times because they could not handle the capacity nor had enough floor space to accommodate the additional workloads. Seeing this as a business opportunity we began to offer our clients full service fabrication and assembly services.

The recent addition of our own powder coating plant has expanded this operation again, furthering our commitment to complete service for our customers. These operations are now successfully manufacturing complete products, boxed ready for shipment direct to end-users. In fact, we have a five-year running record of less than 2,500 parts per million defective.
