About Us - Star Extruded Shapes, Inc.

Star Extruded Shapes was established in 1981 and operates from a 174,000 square foot production facility in Canfield, Ohio. In addition to our main manufacturing plant, Star operates three other Fabrication and Paint facilities in the surrounding Youngstown area.

Star Extruded Shapes core business is aluminum extrusions. Three state-of-the-art presses are utilized to extrude your orders. As a full-service aluminum extruder we serve a diverse array of industries, allowing us to handle widely varied requirements. Whether your application is electronics, industrial, residential or OEM, we have the skills and experience you need.

Our company is dedicated to safety, quality and training at each of our facilities. STAR employs a Quality Control staff and QC systems in each plant. Inspectors and auditors are present for all three shifts. In addition, each facility employs a Safety Director and Safety Team Leaders to ensure our employees well being. Star is currently an ISO Certified Manufacturer.

STAR Fab Inc. is a division of Star Extruded Shapes, and provides value added services that involve machining, fabrication, assembly and powder coat painting. We produce completed and assembled OEM extrusion based parts on a contract basis for customers looking to increase their production capacity while lowering their manufacturing costs.
